This article lists the required and optional CSV column headers for each form type when importing assets. For the general import process, refer to How to Import Assets into a Form.
📌 Note: Column headers must remain in the same position and order as in the exported CSV file. Repositioning columns will prevent the file from being imported successfully.

Required Columns

The address of the specific location to be inspected. Displayed in the Address/Details column on the form. |

A grouping for assets within the form (e.g., by floor, corridor, asset type, quarter, or designated area). Displayed in the Zone/Location column and as a selection in the Zone drop-down on the form. |
