The Queries & Letters feature allows you to generate a list of your locations along with their location codes. This is useful when you need to build a code reference profile or export location data for other purposes.
Part 1: Build Your Query
Step 1. From the Home Page, navigate to Queries & Letters.
Step 2. Select Add New Column.
Step 3. Under the Locations category, select Location Code.
Step 4. Select Add New Column again.
Step 5. Under the Locations category, select Common Name.
Step 6. Select Get Results to generate your list.
Part 2: Filter by Keyword (Optional)
If you need to narrow your results before running the query, you can apply a keyword condition.
Step 7. Under Conditions, select Add New Condition.
Step 8. Under the Locations category, select Keywords.
Step 9. Adjust the condition type to match your needs:
- Contains — Returns results where the field includes your value anywhere within it.
- Is Equal To — Returns only results that exactly match your value.
Step 10. Enter the value you want to filter by.
Step 11. Select Get Results to generate your filtered list.
💡 Pro Tip: If you would like to save your columns and conditions to run this report again later, select Save Query before selecting Get Results.
