1. From the Admin Configuration page, select an inspector (or add a new one) from the Inspectors Section of the page.

2. Select the Administrator Privileges checkbox to assign Admin privileges to the inspector.

You'll want to talk to MT about the Admin Priv as, from my email, sounds like that isn't fully tested but i'd confirm with him first. If we are going to leave that in there, we'll need to explain what checking that box means
3. Save the changes.
4. The inspector now has admin privileges in FormLink..
