How to Resolve Custom Forms Error Messages

This section is intended to show you how to resolve error messages that may be displayed while building a Custom Form.

The error messages displayed below can be resolved by using the following buttons on the error message windows:

• Edit  Button - Use this button to access and edit the applicable fields, columns or rows in the template and resolve the error condition.
• View button - Use this button to view the applicable fields, columns or rows in the template where the error condition is occurring. 
• Delete button - Use this button to delete the applicable fields, columns or rows in the template and resolve the error condition.

The section(s) with issues is displayed in the error message. The section with issues can be accessed from the error message window using the Edit icon. 

Note: Many of the Error Messages displayed while building a Custom Form will be resolved as you build the form. 

For example, when you are adding a table to a form, the system will automatically generate an error message stating that you do not have enough fields in the table header. The issue will be resolved as you add additional fields to the table header and meet the conditions set for the number of fields in the table header.

Not Enough Fields in Table Header

This message is displayed when the conditions set for the Table Header have not been met.

This error message can be resolved as described in the message text. 

Note: This message is always displayed when you are adding a table header to a Custom Form, and will be resolved as you add fields to the table header.

Incorrect Field Type in Table Header

This message is displayed when the conditions set for the field type (Label) in the Table Header have not been met.

The issue can be resolved as described in the message text.
